We said goodbye to our headchef, he presented us a recepie book and he told that he will miss us. After work we went to English lesson with Silmara, took photos of us and we received documents for a flight.

Groups, gpoups. We got 2 oh them to prep for, chicken, beetroot and salmon salad and for dessert some lemon tart with italian merang.

Lasy few day were slow. Did some prep for upcoming group, like potato terine, and vegetable terine.

This day wasnt diffrent from other did prep helped chefs. Striped confid duck legs from skin and bone And come back home exhausted.
