In my opinion hard part of work just started. Had to prepare 7kg. of fish cakes on my own. Not mentioning helping the chefs around the kitchen. Had to be around  almost evreywhere simultaneously. And the upcoming wedding is soon, so this is going to fun. But im having day of so i wont see it, kinda unfortunate. But in mean time i had learnt how to make few sauces Hollandaise and Buerre Blanc and many other stuff.

If you want to make some fish cakes at home and treat yourself follow this recepie
 Even parts of white fish and potato mash, salt, pepper, white onions, till.
Make your mash and boil white fish, mix them together, season it, ad till and finely chopped onions.
When you are contented with the taste of your mash its time to form the patties. Make them how you prefer and put them into freezer or fridge for future breading. When they are enough solid its time. Dip in flour, egg and the into bread crumbs. When you want some just pan fry them and stick afterwards into oven. Check the internal tempareture if its above 65 degree they are good to go.
Served best with tar-tar sauce of tomato sauce. And thats how i make them at my work.
